Who owns the copyright on the prints?
All rights are controlled by the photographer, Sharon Talchik. Copyright laws state that copyright is not transferred to the buyers of photographic prints unless otherwise specified between photographer and buyer.

What kind of framing options do you offer?
I’m not offering framing at this time.

Will there be state taxes applied?
Yes. However, only on orders placed and delivered to Florida locations.

Where do your shipments originate from?
All shipments originate from Fort Lauderdale, FL.

When will my order ship?
I try to package and ship your product(s) within 5 business days from receipt of your order. If you need your order expedited for any reason, please call me at 954-881-0413 or email me at [email protected]. I’ll do everything I can to get your order processed and delivered as quickly as I can.

How do you package your photographs for shipping?
My photographs are custom packed with the utmost care for delivery to your home or business. Each photo will ship in a sturdy tube.

What is your return policy?
I wanted to take the worry out of purchasing your photograph online. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14-days of receipt and receive a free replacement of equal or lesser value or a full refund for the price of the product. All returned orders must be received in the condition received prior to any credit, refund, or replacement being applied to your account. We highly recommend using a trackable freight/shipping provider if you decide to return your order.

Every print is carefully inspected before shipping. In the event you spot a defect, such as a printing flaw, or in the unfortunate case your print is damaged in any way, I’ll replace your print as soon as proof of the damage has been received.
